1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Cleano, you confirm your acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately stop using the application and remove it from your device.

2. Description of Service

Cleano provides tools for media management, file organization, and storage optimization. The application is intended for personal, non-commercial use. You are solely responsible for the content (photos, videos, contacts) processed or deleted through the app.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Cleano may offer premium features via subscription. These are governed by the following rules in accordance with Apple’s standard policies:

• Payments will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your App Store Account Settings after purchase.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree not to use the app for any illegal activities or to infringe upon the rights of others. Since Cleano performs file management tasks, you acknowledge that you are responsible for ensuring that important data is backed up before using any automated cleaning features.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Cleano is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We are not liable for any data loss resulting from the use of the application's cleaning tools.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cleano and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the application.

7. Intellectual Property

All software, design, text, and graphics associated with Cleano are the intellectual property of the app developers. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the application.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
